Warranty Policy

Volcom is proud of the quality and performance of all our products.

All warranties only apply within the specified time frame, when the item is used in normal conditions, and for the purpose the product was originally designed. All warranties do not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft or damage caused by anything other than defect in materials and workmanship.

Volcom has the sole discretion to determine whether an item is covered under the warranty policy. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If you made your purchase from one of our authorised Volcom dealers, you will need to contact such a store to make a warranty claim.

Apparel and accessories: Volcom apparel and accessories are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose the product was originally designed. This warranty does not apply to damage related to normal wear and tear, accident, alteration, improper care, improper fit, misuse or negligence.

Workmanship refers to the way the product has been assembled (e.g., stitching, sewn seams, attached trims, etc.), while ordinary wear and tear happens as a result of regular maintenance and use. Be sure to always follow all care label instructions carefully to prolong the life of your apparel and accessories. The Volcom warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit and any alteration to the product will void warranty.

Warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorized Volcom Dealer (Copy of receipt or bank statement reflecting authorized Dealer also accepted). Repaired or replaced items are a continuation of the original warranty, and do not create a new warranty timeline.

*If product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement at the discretion of the Volcom Warranty Team*
