Not up to usual Volcom quality standards
"Unfortunately the quality is not up to Volcom's usual high standard. I ordered the Tokyo True Sense Knit Long Sleeve Top & the item that I received is different from the one shown in the product images. The Hem line of the sleeves and bottom of the shirt are of poor quality and look to be unfinished, with loose threads left hanging on the item I received, Whereas the images on the website clearly show the sleeves are properly hemmed. I can't imagine it will be very long before the thread unravels. I've been a long-term supporter of Volcom & this is the first time I've seen such a poor-quality product. Volcom's customer service was fantastic when notified of this issue and refund was offered."
